When and where is the AI Asia Conference?

On April 20th and 21st, 2022, AI Asia Conference will be held in Singapore.

Why is registration required for presenters?

The registration fee guarantees presenters' presence in the program. By implementing this policy, the number of last-minute drops and no-show presenters was reduced by over 70%, enhancing the program's overall quality for all participants.

How do I get tickets?

You can book online via our website or email your details to alex.patel@reformaevents.com, and we will send you an invoice for the payment.

I'm a presenter/invited speaker/organizer/session chair, not simply an attendee. Do I have to pay registration fees?

Certainly, fees help fund event tools, all related services, and AI Asia Conference's operating expenses throughout the year because each member's dues do not cover the cost of websites, online member services, social media marketing, and more. The AI Asia Conference aims to keep costs low to make it accessible to as many people as possible.

AI Asia Conference is very participative: since more than 70% of delegates are also presenters, session chairs, or otherwise actively involved in the program, we rely on the contribution of each participant to keep it running.

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

You cannot cancel your reservation, but you can transfer it. If you are unable to attend, please email help@reformaevents.com.

You can transfer your registration (within the same membership category)

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the conference registrar.
