When will the conference take place? Where is it located?

The Ai Asia Conference 2021 will take place April 20-21, 2021. Virtual and on-demand. 

I'm a presenter/invited speaker/organizer/session chair/etc., not simply an attendee. Do I have to pay registration fees?

Yes. Conference fees help pay for the Event tool, all related services and fund AI Asia Conference's operating expenses throughout the year since participants' dues do not cover the per-member cost of products and services such as website, online member services, social media marketing, and more. AI Asia Conference seeks to keep costs to a minimum and affordable to as many people as possible.
We appreciate everyone's professional contributions, and the AI Asia conference is highly participatory: since more than 70% of all delegates are also presenters, session chairs, or otherwise actively participating in the program, so to keep AI Asia Conference operational, the dollars of each participant are needed, too.

Why is registration required for presenters?

The registration fee requirement helps to guarantee presenters' presence in the final program. This policy reduced the number of last-minute drops and no-show presenters by over 50%, thus significantly increasing the program's quality for all delegates.

How can I register? What are the registration rates?

What is included in the participant fee?

The participant fee includes the admission to the conference/exhibitor booths/one-on-one chat or call. Subject to our full Terms and Conditions (click here for more information).

Participant registration confirmation and invoice?

Delegates will receive confirmation, and the invoice of their registration after their online registration form has been received.

Is the conference schedule available?

Details will be posted on our website as they are confirmed. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available on our website in late January 2021.

When will the exhibit hall be available on online event platform?

The schedule is forthcoming. 

How can I reserve exhibitor space in the exhibit hall?

How can my organisation become a conference sponsor?

Sponsorship opportunities are limited, so act today. To become a sponsor and for more information, please contact sponsorship@reformaevents.com

Can I advertise in the conference program?

Yes, please contact sponsorship@reformaevents.com to make arrangements. 

How can I receive a list of participants or attendees?

The participant list is sent to registered attendees twice: once after the early bird registration deadline, then after the regular registration deadline.  A full participant list will be available at the AI Asia Conference 2021. 

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Registration fees are nonrefundable. Bookings are transferable but cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to participate, please email help@reformaevents.com

Registrations are transferable (within the same membership category) 

All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference registrar.
